Uniform Shop

Purchasing can be done at our office/warehouse (Unit 22, 280 New Line Road, Dural NSW 2158)  Tues/Thurs 3-4.30pm or online/email your order form to CIS SCHOOLS (sales@cisgroup.com.au).

Goods will be ready for collection or delivery within 5 business days at the school office or at CIS at the uniform shop time. School delivery is every Wed 12 – 2.30pm.

Purchases can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for uniform in new condition, with tags and with a valid receipt. There will not be a cash refund for all approved returns.All approved returns will be issued with a credit note and can be used for future uniform & accessories purchases. Items that have been worn cannot be returned.

STEPS TO ORDER

1.

Download a copy of the Tallowood  School Uniform Orders Uniform order form. You have an option to download a .pdf file
or an excel file.
To open the .pdf file you will need an acrobat reader.
To open the excel spreadsheet you will need access to Microsoft Office Windows software.

Download an [AROBAT READER]

If you would like to do a direct electronic transfer (EFT) to our bank account as payment for your order, click [EFT Enquiry].
One of our sales consultants will contact you. There is no surcharge paying by EFT.

PLEASE PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEP IF YOU INTEND TO PLACE ORDER ONLINE.
2. Prices displayed online and Order Forms downloaded are inclusive of GST.
3. Click on the Product Categories and then the item required.
Add to shopping cart, Review ordered items.
4. Click CONTINUE SHOPPING or Check out your shipping cart.
5. You have a few ways to pay your order
* Pay Pal
* Visa Credit Card
Paying by Pay Pal or Visa Credit Card will incur 3.0% surcharge.
6. Thank you for placing your order online. You will get a receipt of your order emailed to you.
